We collect most of the Personal Data held about a Data Subject directly from you through the submission of a “Registration Form” essential to process your application by providing you with the requested Services and contact you.

Following the completion of registration, payment of fees, and issuance of login credentials, you will be asked to complete a medical form.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Parents or legal guardians of a child under the age of majority must complete the registration form on the Website. 1. Information You Give to Us Voluntarily

Personal Data collected from the application form: The Personal Data of the child and their family is collected and processed to enable registration and participation in the educational summer camp. This data is also used to ensure the health and safety of all children during the camp and to facilitate communication with parents throughout the admission process.

The Personal Data collected and stored through the Contact Us section is used solely to respond to your inquiries and provide the assistance you request when reaching out to us.

2. Information We Collect Automatically About You

To ensure that the content from our Website is presented most effectively for you, to administer our Website, and perform internal statistical and trend analysis to improve the user experience and performance of our Website.

PERSONAL DATA ERASURE AND STORAGE DURATION

We will endeavor to keep your information accurate and up-to-date, and not keep it for longer than is necessary.

Information you submit under the “Contact us” form will be stored in our databases for one year only in an anonymized format and would be automatically deleted afterward.

Information including Personal Data submitted through the “Registration Form” and “Medical Form” will be handled in accordance with our data retention policy:

  • In the event that a student is no longer attending the summer camp for any reason, the medical records will be deleted immediately, and the data collected through the application form will be retained in an anonymized format for a period of one year.
  • If the student is admitted, both the application and medical data will be securely stored for a period of two years following the end of the camp term.

PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER AND SHARING

SABIS® Educational Systems, Inc., headquartered in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA, hosts and maintains the Website and associated databases where Personal Data covered by this policy is stored in an anonymized format. As part of this arrangement, your Personal Data may be transferred to SABIS® Educational Systems, Inc., which partners with Lumen Technologies, Inc., USA, for IT infrastructure and system support.

To develop and support the Website and related services, your Personal Data may also be accessed by SABIS® Educational Services S.A.L., Adma, Lebanon. Access to Personal Data is strictly limited to authorized employees, and only upon the written request of the The Ashwicke Hall School – United Kingdom, and solely for support-related purposes.

If the child enrolling in the summer camp is a student at a SABIS® School that is part of the SABIS® School Network, their Personal Data may be shared with their school to facilitate and complete the registration process.

For children not currently enrolled in a SABIS® School, their Personal Data may be shared with other schools within the SABIS® School Network that assist in the registration process. In such cases, access is restricted to authorized personnel only, and robust operational, technical, and physical safeguards are in place to prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure of Personal Data. These schools are not permitted to use the data for any purpose other than assisting with the registration process.

DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE PREVIOUS CLAUSE

We do not pass on your Personal Data to third parties without first obtaining your consent.

However, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data if we receive a valid request from the police or other law enforcement agency, regulatory, or government authority in your country of origin or elsewhere.
